Architecture and Construction
As is customary, the Homeowners Association has an architectural Design Review Board. The review process is very straight-forward but it is a critical component to ensure good neighbors. The graphic below illustrates a high-level overview of the DRB process including tasks and timing. Please note that it does not include all steps or dates so please review the Rules and Regulations document contained under governing documents for complete information.
